What is it:

Pretty much one of the USA’s biggest sales period of every year that you need to mark on your calendar, Black Friday falls on the day after Thanksgiving and has been traditionally observed as the “first day of Christmas shopping,” during which retailers offer special deals and discounts. As Black Friday’s deals are mostly in-store, many retailers will already open their doors on the night of Thanksgiving itself, from Target and Walmart to Macy’s and Best Buy.

But Cyber Monday has recently been the more popular online shopping days of the year, especially since it offers better deals for fashion retail, from clothing to shoe deals.

This year’s Black Friday is November 27, 2015; Cyber Monday is November 30, 2015.
