When you’ve submitted your ShopandBox orders online, our Boxers will be able to secure the unlocked versions of these devices from Google Store instead of phone carrier stores. The Nexus 5X and 6P will be shipped out in October, with pre-orders available now from USA, UK, Ireland, Korea and Japan. These are countries where we have Boxers (Personal Shoppers) in so shop away, although off the bat, it will be cheapest for you to buy the Nexus from the US, followed by KOREA, HK, JAPAN, AUST, UK, FRANCE.

HOW DOES WARRANTY WORK IF I BUY IT THROUGH SHOPANDBOX?
The phone comes with a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty and you can add an additional 2-year of protection coverage from accidental damage for 89 USD. This means that at a minimum, you are able to send your phone back to your Boxer if something should go wrong within the 1 year mark. Also, you may be able to find a local Hua Wei or LG service centre should you not want to send your phone back to your Boxer.

WHEN WILL THE PHONE START SHIPPING?
The phones start to ship around 3rd week of October if you buy it from the US store through our Boxers. And the 50 USD playstore credit is available should you pre-order by October 25th 2015.

For the warranty, let’s say if i buy from Korea, all i need to do is send back the device to you guys and you guys can sent it to Google Korea? Will this cost any additional fees?

Please give me more detail on this. If the google warranty could be use it would be benificial for me.

Hi Farhan, thanks for your enquiry. If there are any issues, you can send it back to your Boxer in Korea if its within the warranty period. However, you will have to pay for postage back to Korea. Another option is to send it to a local service centre in your country; there are now Huawei and LG service centres and they should be able to help you if there are any issues with your phone.

There are too many charges with using shopandbox. I paid more than 10% for paypal fee, which means if you bought a $500 phone, paypal fees would be $50 and that is not cool at all, which only makes things much more expensive. I stopped using after my first time.

Hi JJ, thanks for your feedback. Paying 10% for paypal fees does not sound right. Generally speaking, Paypal fees should not have been more than 4.x%. We do use Paypal as it enables secure instant transfer of money around the world between Shopper and Boxer allowing the Shopper to pay with a credit card. This is a pass-through cost and goes to Paypal. There is the option of an international bank transfer but this means a delay in processing time of between 5-7 days before a Boxer can start shopping for you. Bank fees are also more expensive and not as convenient as Paypal. That being said, we are always looking for ways to be able to lower this fee so stay tuned and you do get to enjoy 25% discount off the service fee on your next order so we hope to see you shop with us again! Please provide us with your order number so we can review your order to ensure that nothing was amiss. Thanks!
