Thinking about this is enough to make someone fly to Seoul just to satisfy that ginseng chicken soup craving. It’s always got long queues but is utterly worth the wait. Housed in an old Korean style house, it’s got charm, and it’s simple plain decor is forgotten the minute you get your own pot of soup to slurp away at. This soup is made with 7 different kinds of nuts giving it a distinct nutty flavour, and is a must-try!
