ShopandBox Global Shopping Redefined

How do I know an email is really from ShopandBox?

Sometimes fake emails or website designs are created by fraudsters to look like ShopandBox. Often called “phishing” or “spoofing”, these fake designs are used to steal your personal information such as your password and contact details.

If you receive an email or a website link to a site that looks like ShopandBox but asks for confidential information, please be cautious. If in doubt, always start from the ShopandBox home page site www.shopandbox.com

ShopandBox will always send you emails from our official account ending with a @shopandbox.com. It is possible for fraudsters to “spoof” an email address, so this tip is not failsafe. If you receive an email that looks like it’s from ShopandBox but wasn’t sent from a @shopandbox.com address, it is most likely fake. Do not click on any links and delete the email immediately.

If you think you have received a fake email, please let us know by forwarding or sending the email as an attachment – this gives us important information that will help us investigate.
