The safety of our Shoppers and Boxers is important to ShopandBox. Whilst ShopandBox do not routinely conduct background checks on our users, although we reserve the right to do so. ShopandBox do ensure we verify our Boxers before on-boarding. Instead we endeavour to provide the appropriate tools and information to help our users make the informed decision regarding who they interact with on the site and in the real world.

ShopandBox has a number of features that help the community to build trust and cultivate a transparent shopping marketplace including our message boards, screening of messages on the board, Boxer feedback and reviews, and Boxer verification.

To help ensure we protect our Shopper and Boxer safety and identity, we dedicate a team of experienced and trained team to monitor any suspicious or malicious activity on our marketplace.

Users can also help to enforce the safety of our community by notifying ShopandBox of any activity that they feel is suspicious or inappropriate. We investigate each incident on a case by case basis and follow up as appropriate.
