I think my account has been compromised, what do I do?

If you suspect that your account has been accessed or is using your ShopandBox account without authorisation, your account may be compromised.

Some signs of a compromised account include:
Seeing order requests on your ShopandBox account that you are not making
Receiving email notifications for an order you did not submit
Your account information has been changed without your knowledge
Being unable to sign in to your account or username that was your account no longer existing
If you are unable to sign in to you ShopandBox account, visit and reset your password.

Please be sure that your new password is new and unique to ShopandBox.

If you are still unable to sign in to your account, contact ShopandBox and we shall investigate further.
