Zungle: The New Sunglasses With Built-In Bluetooth Speakers

If you thought that wearable devices (specifically, sunglasses) are the coolest creations to exist in the tech industry, you haven’t seen Zungle. The first of its kind, Zungle is a pair of sunglasses that has built-in bone conduction speakers for you to listen to music while wearing it. After a successful Kickstarter campaign that raised almost $2 million, Zungle is now taking pre-orders on its site.

But here’s a little background information on this wireless sunglasses. The sunglasses’ speaker transmit sound waves to the skull through vibrations, which allows you to hear external sound as you’re listening to music. This serves as a handy accessory instead of a pair of headphones that block out the sound from outside. Not to mention, Zungle makes it safer for you to work out outdoors while shading your peepers from the sun.

Alongside bone conduction speakers, the Panther is equipped with wireless Bluetooth and a noise-cancelling microphone. Simply pair your smartphone and explore music apps or even make and answer phone calls while you’re on-the-go. A mere tap on the touchpad on the right side of the sunglasses allows you to control your music, or perhaps a comprehensive guide on how to use it in case you’re unsure. When your sunglasses has run out of juice, plug it in on the side via a USB port (hidden, because #aesthetics) to charge it in a jiffy!
