There is also a support centre in Malaysia for Kucings should anything go awry. Regarding tax, this is duty free though Malaysian customs might impose GST. From our experience, if it’s a gift, some Shoppers have reported that they didn’t get charged. If this is a present, just let your Boxer know. Also, even if you have to pay 7%, you still will be saving as this item is over 900 SGD in Singapore. Our DHL express shipping rates are super reasonable too and you’ll receive it within 3 days of leaving the Boxer’s house! Regarding the plug, you can just ask your Boxer to buy you a simple travel adaptor plug so that it fits into the Spore wall socket. As for warranty, it is local to the Boxer country so you can have it sent back but your local Kuvings supplier might also be able to provide support. We’ve had a few orders for Kuvings juicers to date and no complaints. Happy Shopping!
